Size 13 Charlottes in Jet Black.  These tiny seed beads have a single facet (also known as one-cut beads). They are excellent for using with Swarovski Rivoilis or with cabochon designs.  Although, classed as a Size 13, they are smaller than a Japanese size 15 seed bead.
