Orders and Specifications

We will aim to only advertise products for sale that we currently hold in stock.  All product specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge.

Please note colours may vary slightly from those images displayed although every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible. 

Please be aware that we do not check our beads for colour fastness so please be cautious if buying beads for fabric projects. 

As colours may vary from batch to batch please ensure you order the correct quantity for your project.

Please take all weights and counts as an approximate measure.

Price

Goods will be sold at the price advertised at the time of placing an order however we reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Delivery

Please allow 5 working days for receipt of your order.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the goods to us in a padded envelope within 7 days and a refund will be arranged.  If you are returning products to us that are faulty we will be happy to refund your return postage costs.
